Effective January 2005, mandatory drug testing will be conducted randomly on all employees. Failure to pass the testing will result in immediate 30-day minimum unpaid suspension and repeat drug testing will be necessary forward. Passing the 2nd drug test will enable you to continue your employment. Failure to pass the 2nd drug test will result in immediate termination of employment.



In the event a second failed drug test occurs at any time, employment will be terminated. 



Failure to comply with the mandatory drug testing will result in immediate termination of employment.



AIKEN REFUSE, Inc., reserves the right to drug testing post-accident. In the event of positive results, immediate termination of employment will result.



Pre-employment drug testing: Failure to pass drug testing will be the financial responsibility of the applicant.
